What may be of interest to you is on our new press we can now offer a "Drip Seal" as opposed to Spot Uv Varnishing which is 80% as good as spot UV.

The process of Drip Off Varnish is produced by utilising the varnishing unit to apply a catalytic varnish to the printed sheet. The Coating on the 6th Unit of the press then reacts to this to create the High Gloss Spot Varnish effect.
Although not as Glossy as conventional UV Varnish this process offers a very cost effective alternative for those clients who wish to add value to a product without the Environmental Issues which arise when using UV Varnish. The cost benefits are also significant as the process is carried out "in-line" during the conventional Printing Process.
